How much does shipping cost? Shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 for all orders within the United States. We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden fees or additional handling charges at checkout.
What is your order cut-off time? Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time begin processing the same business day.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Are returns free? Yes! We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees ($0).
How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@pettago.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a pre-paid label.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us at support@pettago.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
